Description

An old rusty GMC firetruck for the Cherokee Township Fire Department in Cherokee County Kansas sits along side highway 69 midway between Crestline and Riverton. WOWC is a digital washed out watercolor filter of my own settings that provides hints of color, washing out large areas, but preserving detail and splashes of color.
