Artist's Description
A nostalgic look at an old Kansas country store the like of which are long closed and are slowly fading into memories. The old men hanging around, playing checkers or dominoes, talking about the weather, sharing stories over coffee or just whittling. The you child running with a nickle in hand to get a soda or mom after a pound of sugar and ice to make homemade ice cream for guests coming later. These memories and many more are disappearing nostalgia of a vibrant small town store.

About Kevin Anderson

As the Back Roads Photographer, the back roads that I, shoot can be found most anywhere, but mostly in Kansas and Missouri. I enjoy a eclectic look, sometimes on the the beaten track of so many artists before me or being on a tangent, exploring new creative things. I like to explore back roads of the country, city and of my mind. Photography is most of my images with some digital art from photograph that I feel suites the image.
