The Keeper of the Plains is a 44 ft Cor-Ten steel sculpture by Native American artist Blackbear Bosin of the Kiowa-Comanche tribes. It stands on sacred ground at the confluence of the Arkansas and Little Arkansas rivers in Wichita, Kansas adjacent to the Mid-America All-Indian Center. This view is from the Little Arkansas side foot bridge on a clear day with gees in the foreground water
