The Sauer Castle was built in 1871 Shawnee Indian trail portion of the Santa Fe Trail, by Anton Sauer for his family when they moved to Kansas City Kansas from New York. It has been featured in Ghost Hunters TV show, but there is no conclusive evidence that it should be.
About Kevin Anderson
As the Back Roads Photographer, the back roads that I, shoot can be found most anywhere, but mostly in Kansas and Missouri. I enjoy a eclectic look, sometimes on the the beaten track of so many artists before me or being on a tangent, exploring new creative things.
